Datum pricing

Every Datum plan includes every module. Plans differ only in how much Datum AI usage is included each month and how many users they cover. Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.

For one BIM coordinator.

  • Datum AI included for every user, as one allowance shared by the team.

For large firms that need single sign-on, set-up of their client requirements, or invoice and purchase order billing.

What every plan includes

  • All Datum modules, including new modules as they are released.
  • The Datum add-in for your BIM software, and Datum Studio.
  • Contributors fill in missing information at no extra cost.
  • Your BIM model is only updated after the BIM Coordinator approves the proposed changes.
  • One computer at a time per user. Signing in on another computer moves Datum to that computer.

Datum AI usage

Each plan includes a monthly Datum AI usage allowance. Datum Studio shows how much of the allowance you have used as a percentage. When it reaches 100%, Datum AI pauses until the 1st of the next month, or until you add a top-up. You can also connect your own AI key; usage on your own key does not count toward your allowance.

Top-ups

Small US$10, Medium US$20, Large US$40, or a custom amount from US$5. Top-ups add Datum AI usage to your account and are used after your monthly allowance.

Ordering, renewal and refunds

  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

  • Datum helps you get your files ready. It does not decide whether a submission is accepted.
