Datum privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data StratifAI Solutions Inc. collects through Datum and the Datum website, why, and your rights.
1. Who we are
StratifAI Solutions Inc., a company registered in the Philippines, with its office at Unit 1702, 17th Floor, High Street South Corporate Plaza Tower 2, 11th Avenue corner 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, makes and sells Datum and decides how the personal data described here is used. 2. What we collect and why

We do not store the questions you ask Datum AI, its answers, or the files you send to it.
We never receive your card or bank details. Paddle handles them.
3. Your models and project files
Your BIM models, IFC files and project files stay on your computers. Datum reads them on your computer and does not upload them. The only exception is the text and files you choose to send to Datum AI. These are processed to produce the answer, and Datum AI does not keep a copy of them.
If you use your own AI key, it is not stored or logged on our servers.
5. Where data is processed
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We use providers that protect personal data under their own data protection terms.
6. How long we keep data
- Account and computer data: while your account is active, and up to 12 months after it closes.
- Datum AI usage records: up to 24 months.
- Payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Waitlist entries: until you ask us to remove them, or 12 months after Datum's launch, whichever is earlier.
- Tester agreement records: for the length of the agreement and as long as needed for any legal claim.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to object to how we use it, to receive a copy of it, or to withdraw consent you have given. Email dpo@stratifai.solutions. We reply within one month. In the Philippines, you can also complain to the National Privacy Commission. If you live elsewhere, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
Datum's server and web pages use encrypted connections. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to run Datum. Verification codes are stored only as a fingerprint, never as the code itself.
10. Children
Datum is for professional use and is not intended for anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We will show the date of the latest change at the top of this page and tell account holders by email about important changes.
